Quotes and Scope

- Reuse general, non-client-specific code frameworks, snippets, and development methods across other projects
Third-party themes, plugins, stock assets, and licensed software used in a project remain subject to their original licensing terms and are not owned by WP Web Designers or transferred as proprietary IP.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing timely content, feedback, and approvals needed to keep a project on schedule
- Maintaining valid hosting, domain, and any third-party service accounts required for the site to function
- Ensuring any content or materials provided to us for use on the site do not infringe third-party rights
Delays caused by late client feedback or missing content may extend the agreed project timeline accordingly.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We build every site to the technical and performance standards described on our website (e.g., Core Web Vitals optimization, accessibility standards). However, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and client-side content decisions after launch.
Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as explicitly stated in an individual signed service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Web Designers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.
Maintenance and Support
Ongoing maintenance plans cover the services explicitly listed in the applicable plan (e.g., plugin updates, security monitoring, backups). Issues arising from changes made outside our team (e.g., by the client or a third party) after launch may not be covered under an existing maintenance plan and may be billed separately.
Termination
